Establishment

1978

Alcide Zadra founded the company in 1978, and started collecting apples and pears with a small truck directly from farmers and reselling them to Italian processing industries.

First Plant

1988

The company opened its first warehouse in Mezzolombardo, Trento province.

Second Plant

1995

A second warehouse was opened in Zevio (VR), with the aim of collecting different types of fruits: apples, pears, peaches, kiwis, cherries and apricots.

The Company grows

2006

The children of Alcide Zadra entered the company, taking up the reigns of new company roles created in response to a growth in turnover.

Establishment of Zadra Alcide S.R.L

2007

With the evolution of its company structure, an increase in turnover and its new international clientèle, Alcide Zadra decided to establish Zadra Alcide S.r.l.

Today

2018

Over the last period the company has developed enormously and more than 95% of its turnover is generated abroad. The company now purchases products in the Triveneto countryside and sells products to European industries, especially in Austria Germany, France, the Netherlands and Belgium as well as to the fresh produce world in Italy and central Europe. We have become a valid and trusted partner on the market. Our clients turn to us safe in the knowledge that they will obtain a good quality product and service.
